Phantasmagoria
COLLECTION
A handcrafted collection emboding freedom and grace. Created during an art residency run by a Berlin collective in the Gorzanow Palace in Lower Silesia—a renaissance mansion, that offers an incredible history and unique charm which inspired my artistic research into Polish Szlachta (nobility) and the clothing customs of the region in the past.
As an artist born in Poland, I was particularly interested in breaking out of the norm regarding what is expected from clothing and the unethical industry behind it. I wanted to focus on the slowness & sustainability of the handmade production process, and create pieces that go well with all skin tones and body shapes. I also enjoyed bringing playfulness and seductiveness to all the outfits that defy religious influences in the history of Polish royalty attire, making them serve well as performative garments for artistic shows, exhibition pieces, or a great fit for events such as Hedoné in Berlin and abroad. From the selection of materials to the finishing touches, my passion for artistry influences each creation as it's carefully designed and made with attention to detail.
Each piece is unique and is only made once in limited colour and/or detail variations.

To keep your pieces looking their best, store them in a dry place and avoid exposure to oil & coffee stains, and lotions. Clean your macramé outfits, by submerging them in a warm, soapy water & rinse thoroughly, when you notice they cought a smell of sweat or dust. You can wash painted pieces (jeans & pants) in a washing machine.
